The American Institute of Baking (AIB)
AIB conducts a yearly review of our Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program to ensure that it meets the requirements and guidelines.
AIB Yearly Inspection and Certification
This audit includes all aspects of plant operation, including but not limited to; sanitation, food defense, pest control, food safety, GAP program, equipment, GMP's, recall program(from field to customer), maintenance and overall plant procedures and associate practices. We have achieved a Superior rating with AIB since 1996. This is the highest rating awarded by AIB.
Third Party Audits
GMA Safe Audit. The results showed that we Fully and/or Substantially Complied in all categories. This is a week long audit and review process of all plant activities, programs and compliance information.
Silliker Auditing Services Excellent Score (Gold) for the third time with a consecutive score above 95%.
Cook and Thurber 96%.

Certifications
Kosher Certification
Kosher Certification is certified by Rabbi Moses Londinski. This is a Square K Certification. We have been certified since 1993.
Organic
Organic Certified since 1998 by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
